STRESS

STRESS leads to (Direct physiological effect: increased amount of fat in body cells, higher blood pressure and weakening of immune system) leads to ILLNESS and (Indirect effects on health-related behaviour) and (Indirect effects on fitness-related behaviour).

  1. in my opinion, stress also can make our cell brain goes crazy because we can't control it. sometimes when we stress, we might want to beat up someone/ something. at the worst thing, we might want to kill someone.
