STRESS leads to (Direct physiological effect: increased amount of fat in body cells, higher blood pressure and weakening of immune system) leads to ILLNESS and (Indirect effects on health-related behaviour) and (Indirect effects on fitness-related behaviour).

in my opinion, stress also can make our cell brain goes crazy because we can't control it. sometimes when we stress, we might want to beat up someone/ something. at the worst thing, we might want to kill someone.
