Why do I need to eat fast food when cooked meal can easily prepared. Home cooking is far more tasty.

Ingredients (serves 5)
1. 500g low fat beef mince
2. 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3. 1 tablespoon curry powder
4. 1 tablespoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon white pepper
6. 1 teaspoon black pepper
7. 5 burger Buns
8. 5 tablespoon cooking oil
9. 2 medium-sized tomatoes - Sliced
10. 6 Iceberg lettuce leaves
11. 5 sliced cheese
12. Some Onion
13. Sos eg chili, bbq etc
Method
1. Mix mince beef with, 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon black pepper.
2. Using "quarter Pounder burger press maker" shape into a patty 5 to 6 equal portions
3. Heat a frying pan. With few drops of oil, fry the patties for approximately 20 minutes.
4. After transfer the cooked patties to a plate, then place the bun to a frying pan for few minutes to toast it.
5. To serve it with onions, sliced tomato, iceberg lettuce leaves, sliced cheese and sauce of your choice
